  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
  • Who do you use for shipping?
    We ship orders via USPS, UPS . For Alaska and Hawaii orders please allow 5-7 days for delivery. For APO/FPO orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once your order is processed, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hrs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping. 
    There is often some processing time before a exchange is posted. Please allow 5 – 10 days for online returns to be processed. Please contact us at customerservice@texascountryboots.com  Shipping Fees are not refundable
